COMMUNITY BASED OPERATOR =========================== Community based Worker will implement activitiesthe project. He will actteam leadercommunity mobilizerproject implementation; buildcapacitythe communities infieldsagriculture, food security, water, sanitationdisaster risk reductionpreparedness. And will ensurecoordinationlocal leaders at communevillage level.

Duties + Requirements
	Community based Operator Requirements At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant fields Fluency in Khmer (oral and written). English would be an asset Good organizational and multi-tasking skill Good knowledge of Stoung districts, Kompong Thom Province
