	Customer Service Office Category: Customer Service/Support Location: Phnom Penh Schedule: Full-time

Duties + Requirements
	Province Branch Accounting Assistant Duties Assists Provincial Branch Accountant (PBA) for reviewing on loan disbursement and settlement, summary loan collection, and all vouchers Assists PBA for encoding accounting transaction into the accounting software Handling petty cash and replenishment of petty cash on a monthly basis Assigns account code to vouchers and check for the accuracy and completeness of documents Check and update CBMC’s payroll on a monthly basic Preparing motor gasoline expense on monthly basic Checks and verify telephone bill; Assist branch cashier in preparing documents or issue official receipt and counting money both CSO and clients Assists accountant for monthly report preparation Assist in observation check daily cash count performed by cashier and ensures monthly cash count sheet is tied up with cashbook and general ledger Requirements At least diploma degree in accounting, finance and banking or other related field Must have a strong numeric skills, analytical and strong team-orientation preferred Good attitude and inter-personal skills Computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Good English both speaking and writing Ability to work under pressure highly self-motivated
	Provincial Branch Accountant Duties Recording and posting accounting transactions into VisionFund’s accounting system, and ensuring back-up files are secured on a daily basis Ensure VisionFund’s vouchers are prepared timely and accurately Regularly monitor and report on expenditure levels against budget and VisionFund business plan Control administrative function at the provincial branch level Advise the Provincial Branch Manager or District Manager on branch liquidity / cash management Calculate tax obligation at the Provincial Branch Office Prepare branch financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of financial related reports required by the Head Office Requirements Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s vision, mission, and values Accounting Graduate, strong accounting skills Has minimum of one year work experience in accounting and financial report preparation Strong numeric skills, analytical and strong team-orientation preferred Good working knowledge of computer and English Good attitude and inter-personal skills Must be willing to work and stay in the province
	Customer Service Office Duties Assist in developing customer services recording system and ensure it is properly and timely recorded and updated Welcoming/Entertaining customers/visitors with effective manners (friendly, smile, salutation etc.) Produce call center report and send to Chief Teller Receive and handle client’s complaint through telephone, e-mail, and face to face while maintaining client’s satisfaction Act as a marketing agent to promote VisionFund Cambodia’s products and/or services, identity, brand name Assist HO-Teller in processing bank account opening for the branches Perform other functions that may be required by supervisor Requirements Fully understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives Fresh graduate or university students Good at people skill “Friendly, Courteous, and Respectful at all times” Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure promptness response to customer inquiries Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Good English speaking and writing skills Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness and consider long term
