Branch Manager
Duties
- Run and drive branch business achieving goal or agreed target
- Develop strategies to track and analyse business activities to anticipate future needs and propose recommendations
- Advise and provide solutions to internal and external customers on operational matters
- Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence
- Ensure prompt delivery of services to customers
- General Administration (e.g. Security of the premises; User ID maintenance; Policies & Procedures)
- Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction
- Responsible for cost effectiveness of the branch operations
- User ID maintenance
- Ensure effective utilisation of manpower
Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Recognised Degree / Master in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or banking related disciplines
- Experience: Hands-on branch operation experience of minimum 3 years
- Possess sound related branch operations
- Understand Cambodian banking landscape and regulation
- Strong leadership and analytical skills

Assistant Relationship Manager
Duties
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and deposits for the Mass Affluence and Preferred Banking segment
- Grow customer base through proactive sales and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building
- Grow portfolio of high net worth clients through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking
- Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients
- Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions
- Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence
- Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction
- Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets
Requirements
- A recognized Degree in business related filed
- Relevant retail banking experience of at least 2 years
- Personable and service-oriented
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high networth individuals
- Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
- Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English

Product Development Manager
Duties
- Ensure Retail product offerings are continuously aligned with market needs
- Develop marketing strategy and plan
- Identify marketing opportunities for Consumer Bank
- P&L responsibilities for various product lines
- Drive business to achieve targets
- To align marketing strategy with Group directions
- Responsible for marketing collaterals
- Adhere to various guidelines and policies (especially National Bank of Cambodia’s) pertaining to marketing and collaterals
Requirements
- Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or Management; or with relevant working experience in this area
- At least 8 years in financial institutions, with at least the past 3 years in a supervisory / managerial position in marketing or product development
- Understand Cambodian banking landscape & regulations
- Good understanding of Cambodian consumer behaviour; Creative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship
- Strong presentation skills and convincing ability
- Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
