Duties + Requirements
Operations Manager
 
  Duties
  • Establish good client relationships and ensure the appropriate level of contract is maintain
  • Contacting with client relating to function
  • Lead your team by communicating and motivating individuals effectively and drawing everyone into the team
  • Responsible for the quality of product and service
  • Ensuring health and safety regulation are strictly observed
  • Ensuring all sites operation keep cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided
  • Menu cost controlling
  • Motivate and inspire others to increase sales, and create new revenue stream
  • Keeping the financial record and keep and up to date report on food cost and gross profit
  • Monitoring food quality standard
  • Coordinating with and support chef/supervisor regularly
  • Overseeing the management of the facilities, food control and taking control
  • Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contribute to business development
  • Improve operational systems, processes and policies
  Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Adminstration (Business Management) or related field
  • At least 4 years experience hospitality industry & Food and Beverage
  • Proven integrity and good character in transparency and accountability
  • Strong commitment to team management approach, including good managerial
  • leadership, supervisory, interpersonal or negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible working hours and able to work under pressure
  • Computer skills
