Talent Management Officer (HR Officer )
Duties
- Develop and implement policy, process, and initiatives to meet VisionFund aspirations on talent management, and staff career development
- Manage the high potential talent for the Talent Management Program
- Provide consultation on all phases of talent management such as assessment, selection processes and so on
- Collaborate with line manager and learning and development unit to develop/conduct training programs that align with talent management strategy
- Monitor progress against the Talent Management strategies
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
Requirements
- Must understand and agree with VisionFund’s Vision, mission, purpose, values, and objectives
- University graduate, in any field related to business administration
- 2 years experiences in Human Resource, preferably in the area related to job analysis, staff
- Performance management, staff capacity building, talent management, and succession planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to well manage the initiations with less supervision
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Ability to work under pressure, long-hours and highly self-motivated
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness

People and Culture Volunteer
Duties
- Assists in sending /receiving documents to/from Branch offices
- Assist in PR process for approval from line department
- Assist in filing documents
- Monitor staff leave forms
- Make or receive phone call to/from any stakeholders related to the P&C works
- Assist in following up with relevant Department/Staff/Branches P&C representative in any works related to P&C Department
- Perform other functions that may be required by Supervisor and P&C Officer
Requirements
- Fully understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives
- Fresh graduate or university students
- Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness and consider long term
