Human Resources Coordinator
Duties
- Assist Supervisor in recruitment and selection process such as application screening and filing, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation
- Assist Supervisor in transferring, separation
- Assist Supervisor in Learning and Development activities
- Assist Supervisor in Employee Relation and Communication
- Liaise with Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training
- Data update SAP System for time to time for all SAP activities
- Monthly update staff movement and employee head count record and report
- Prepare letter and translating English to Khmer and Khmer to English
- Administers documentation and filing system in comply with Company’s policy
- Tracking of employee’s contract employment ending period and given notice to business unit
- Be a compensation and benefit administrator in-country and HR budget tracking
- Administer employee’s benefits claims record, termination check list
- Assists in employee/labor relations activities (i.e. union negotiations, employee/administrative investigations)
- Assists in learning and development activities (compliance activities)
- Perform any project assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management or any other relevant
- Fluency English both in writing and speaking
- Good communication and negotiation skill with all levels of authorities/entities
- Strong commitment and accountabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Be patient, self motivated and team building capabilities
- Background in systematic and compliance standard awareness is a plus
- Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel, power point and Internet/Email
- At least 03 years experiences in human resources
