Branch Manager
Duties
- Responsible for branch operations including people management;
- Responsible for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the Branch;
- Develop strategies to track and analyse business activities to anticipate future needs and propose recommendations;
- Advise and provide solutions to internal and external customers on operational matters;
- Ensure effective customer service delivery;
- Responsible for cost effectiveness of the branch operations;
- Ensure branch’s P&P are fully implemented.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related disciplines;
- Hands-on branch operations experience of minimum 4 years;
- Understand Cambodian banking landscape and regulation;
- Strong leadership and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship;
- Ability to work under matrix and demanding environment;
- Computer literacy in MS applications.

Customer Service Manager
Duties
- Implement customer service action plan and program to achieve sales and customer service targets;
- Manage customer service and relationship team;
- Manage the activities of the Branch to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations;
- Responsible for staff management which includes staffing, motivating, assessing, coaching, training and development;
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Bank;
- Second in charge of BM.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related disciplines;
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service area, preferably in the financial services industry;
- Sound knowledge in leveraging and analyzing information to support customer service activities;
- Possess branch operations knowledge;
- Good communication skills and a strong team player;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship;
- Computer literacy in MS applications.

Assistant Relationship Manager
Duties
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and deposits for the Mass Affluence and Preferred Banking segment;
- Grow customer base through proactive sales and service;
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building;
- Grow portfolio of high net worth clients through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking;
- Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients;
- Conduct financial portfolio; management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions;
- Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence;
- Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction;
- Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success;
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets;
- Other task/project as assigned.
Requirements
- A recognized Degree in business related filed;
- Relevant retail banking experience of at least 2 years;
- Pleasant and service-oriented;
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage;
- Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Fluent in verbal and written English;

Customer Service Officer
Duties
- Monitor counter operations and resolve problems when necessary;
- Promote and cross-selling banking products;
- Attend to customers personally where necessary and provide feedback on customers’ needs and complaints;
- Assist in supervising deposits counter services operations;
- Supervision and control of daily physical cash balancing;
- Ensuring all cash registers and records are properly written-up;
- Serve customers by exchanging, receiving and paying out cash at counter;
- Attend to opening of accounts and ensure documentation is in order
- Prepare the necessary daily and monthly reports;
- Achieve and proactively referrals to CRO for A/C opening;
- Adhere to all the time with cash security/control/accuracy;
- Other task/project as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business related disciplines;
- At least 2 years of customer service experience;
- Relevant experience in the banking or service industry is an advantage;
- Pleasant personality , friendly;
- Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Executive Administration & Property Management
Duties
- Assist in managing property projects (construction, renovation, repair) from end-to-end including conducting tenders (where applicable), monitoring contractor, releasing payment upon satisfactory completion of the project;
- Ensure all property projects are in regulatory compliance as well as bank’s compliance;
- Assist in controlling & monitoring bank’s security which include access card, DVR, alarm…etc.;
- Prepare & monitor preventive repair & maintenance schedule including proper track records of work done;
- Conduct regular inspection of all branches to ensure properly is in good order;
- Maintain office equipment & ensure record of fixed assets is up to date with assets distribution for all staffs;
- Coordinate with landlords, local authorities, police departments, and other officer at ministry;
- Assist in carrying out inspection of all bank vehicles to ensure they are in good & safe driving condition;
- Facilitate in procurement of properly related such equipment and furniture for main office/branches;
- Ensure P&P Admin and Property is fully implemented;
Requirements
- Qualification in a Business related field;
- 2-3 years of working experience in property management & knowledge of procurement, preferably in the bank industry;
- Ability to work with contractor and knowledge of floor plan;
- Knowledge of project management and tender process;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good execution skills and ability to work against deadline;
- Ability to work well with local authority including the knowledge of property related legislation;
- Willingness to work in extended hours and travelling;
- Good computer knowledge in MS application.
