Community Facilitator

Duties + Requirements
Community Facilitator
 
  Duties
  • Assist Oversee and ensure the implementation of the project monitoring and evaluation system, and finalize all the progress report
  • Work closely with PO to facilitate, support and feedback to CFN and CBOs to implement appropriate field activities
  • Assist PO to identify training and capacity development needs related to the project implementation to CBOs and CFN
  • Organize CBOs training based on training need assessment
  • Core facilitate in community organizing
  • Work closely with Coastal team to develop annual, quarterly and monthly budgets plan
  • Communicate with local authorities, communities and experts
  • Prepare concept note for funding request
  • Other duties as requested
  Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Rural Development, Natural Recourse, Fisheries, Agriculture or other related field
  • At least 3 years experience in community based organizations strengthening
  • Ability in participatory assessment, proposal writing, planning, budgeting, M&E, financial and project management
  • Experience to work with local partners, local authority; and communities
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge and experiences in advocacy at grassroots level
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail and Internet)
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Khmer
  • Ability to stay at field for long period and be able to drive motorbike is a must
