Duties + Requirements
Technician
 
  Duties
  • Responsible for preventive maintenance & repairs of A/C, AHU, FCU, cold storage refrigeration systems, heat pump and the other hotel engineering works assigned
  • Maintain, check and monitor all MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation & Air- Con system
  • Maintain, check and monitor all cold storage, chiller, under counter fridge, ice machine etc,
  • Check the electrical and electronic control system
  Requirements
  • Certificate holder (Air- Con or Electrical or Mechanical) from technical school
  • Experience of laundry equipment & kitchen equipment knowledge is an advantage
  • Minimum two years experience as a Technician in hotel industry
  • Ability to read, write a log book and communicate in English

 
Carpenter
 
  Duties
  • Maintain, check and monitor all of hotel furniture
  • To undertake all carpentry works for existing fittings, fixtures, furniture and equipment in the hotel
  • To repair and to do touch-up of all guests’ rooms and other hotel outlets
  • Control all paint and mason works inside and outside of the hotel
  • Fabricate and repair tables, chairs, doors, partitions and stage
  • Coordinate all daily operation in related work area
  Requirements
  • Minimum two years experience as a Carpenter, hotel industry is an advantage
  • Experience of mason, painting, and polishing
  • Must have the knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment
  • Ability to communicate in English
