Duties + Requirements

ICT Officers in General Support

Duties

Develop and/or maintain application programming via Microsoft Visual Basic.NET or Microsoft Visual C# with MS Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle or other DBMS
Implement under supervision the work-plan for all ICT-related activities including maintenance and support
On-site maintenance and installation of hardware and software
Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT problems
Conduct ICT need assessment
Manage and maintain Operating Systems such as Windows and system Monitoring, Troubleshooting software & Hardware in proper working of system management control
Internet/ network (internal data/file management and cataloging systems) development, maintenance and upgrade
Check e-mail problems and update antivirus
Submit to ICT Manager regular work-plans and reports

Requirements

CAMERA SECURITY

Installation and Maintenance Hardware and Software
Networking Solution (Install and Maintenance)

NETWORK COMMUNICATION

Know/manage Network device – Hub, switch, router
Know/manage LAN (Local Area Network)

APPLICATION AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Admin and maintain DBMS (Database Management System) – Oracle, SQL server, Microsoft Access
Design relational database
Develop application via Microsoft Visual Basic or Microsoft Visual Studio.NET

WEB DEVELOPMENT

Develop and maintenance website via PHP, VB.net, ASP or ASP.NET is a plus

SERVER AND DESKTOP MANAGEMENT

Install operating system: Windows XP, 7
Configure & maintain Windows Server 2003, 2008
Server & PC diagnosis or problem solving
Data security
Data redundancy

Minimum of two year experiences in Management Information System field
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and meet deadline under pressure
