Duties + Requirements
Students’ Life Officer
 
  Duties
  • Follow up of our students: Health issues, family problems, personal problems, integration of new students
  • Ensure the respect of PNC rules
  • Manage the dormitories with the housekeepers
  • Assure and facilitate extra curricula activities for the students (Sport, dance, painting, library…)
  • Contact regularly the student’s NGO
  • Audit the cafeteria
  • Participate in the students’ selection process
  • Participate in tutorship program
  Requirements
  • Sense of responsibilities
  • Communication and listening skills with students
  • Sense of initiative/autonomous, creative, open, and critical
  • Good follow-up and reporting skills
  • Good in English (writing and spoken) and in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team member in a multicultural environment
  • Motivated to work with underprivileged young people
  • Motivated in organizing activities with the students
