Branch Manager
 
  Duties
  • Oversee monthly accounting and report to director/CEO or school board
  • Spend within budget
  • Employ accountant to perform yearly audit of school financial records

  • To liaise with the Principal regarding training needs
  • Prepare and maintain accounting, personnel records, receive invoices, keep billing records and develop procedure to ensure facility safety, security and maintenance
  • Determine allocations of staff, supplies, materials and equipment and authorize purchases
  • Payroll officer and ensure that staff are paid in due date
  Requirements

  • We are seeking kind, caring teachers with cheerful disposition and helpful attitudes toward children
  Requirements
  • Candidates must be an energetic team player and have experience working with infants and toddlers
  • Assistant teacher candidates must be willing to assist the classroom teacher with managing the students during projects, center time and circle time. Responsibilities will also include assisting with teaching, leading of small groups, preparation for meals, feeding and changing of children and making sure the classrooms are clean and orderly

  Duties
  • We are looking for experienced, dependable professional teachers to plan, implement, supervise and participate in instructional hands-on, age-appropriate thematic lessons for young children in various subject areas with a focus on literacy, social-emotional, cognitive and motor skills.
  • Develops and uses instructional materials
  • Provides individual and group instruction designed to meet individual needs
  • Assess and evaluate students’ academic and social growth, and keeps appropriate records
  • Communicates with parents through a variety of means

  Requirements

Security Guard
 
  Duties
  • Protect the building, the facilities, equipment and all school’s property including the people inside from harm and criminal activity
  • Stay at the gate first hour in the morning and in the afternoon and during dismissal to assist the students in going down and coming up of their pick up vehicle and to ensure the safety of every individual student in getting inside the school premises
  • Responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of the children at the opening and dismissal of the school day
  • Maintains the flow of traffic at the opening and dismissal of the school day
  • Keeps the school environment in such condition to safeguard students, academic and non-academic personnel and visitors
  • Maintains a positive disposition towards children and school personnel
  • Remained position at the entrance of the school premises. Your primary objective is to make sure that no unauthorized person enters the school premises
  • You are required to make your rounds. At specific time you must patrol and inspect certain areas of a facility to make sure there are no intruders and that no damage has been done to the building and other equipment
  • Make observation to make sure there are no changes to windows, doors, and general area and should appear the same as they would when you go there
  • In case of car alarm, inspect the area where car is located and check the reason why, if there is a need for police or ambulance
  • Record events. Take down license plate numbers and remember features to report the findings to the authorities

  Duties
  • Prepare and develop Curriculum for the school
  • Research and develop Academic Programs for the school to achieve quality of education and language training in STAMFORD International Academy
  • Recruit teaching staff when necessary
  • Set procedure and academic policy to ensure effectiveness for the school operation
  • Prepare monthly work plan for academic unit
  • Prepare budget plan for academic unit
  • Conduct weekly or monthly teacher training when necessary
  • Instruct organizational structure of the school to all teachers and academic staffs
  • Produce schedule for trimester, semester and final exam, and assign teachers to encode the scores into our database system
  • Evaluate and conduct class observation and give feedback and recommendation to teachers for their teaching improvement
  • Attend whenever the school arranges the meeting
