Network Engineers
Duties
- Manage National Fiber and main Metro Fiber of Ezecom and Telcotech
- Responsible for controlling the transmission quality
- Handle last mile connectivity for operators and whole sales customers
- Prepare the document of EDC and other authority concerns
- Deal with contractor and supplier related to EZECOM/Telcotech National Fibre, EDC and Authority
- Troubleshooting and fault identification of network problems, and fast rectification by coordinating with vendors/suppliers/field engineers/contractors
- Regular monitoring of the network to provide specified uptime
- Other task assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Knowledge of Telecom and Network
- Knowledge of Optical Fiber Testing, Test instrument, Transmission Technology, SDH, PDH
- Ability to work in rural area within flexible time
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Flexible to work on a rotation schedule and able to work under pressure
- 2 years in long distance fiber networks and transmission links (SDH), provisioning and troubleshooting. Experience Transmission NOC Networking, IP, ISP experience desirable
